Two specific examples of Dravot and Carnehan embracing their fantasy of being kings are:
- Dravot breaks a man's neck -this man was trying to rob other men- and then fires a gun at twenty more men. Because of this, the men think he is a great god and they make him their king, and so Dravot says that he would make fine nation out of them, or he would perish in the making. This properly shows him embracing his fantasy of being king.
- Carnehan conquers a different kingdom and tells Dravot that the abundance of his kingdom is more than he could ever handle. Subsequently, Dravot crowns himself and Carnehan too. Carnehan considers the crowning a proper miracle. This last sentence properly shows him embracing his fantasy of being king.
Chemical formula tells us the number of atoms of each element in a compound. It contains the symbols of the atoms of the elements present in the compound as well as how many there are for each element in the form of subscripts.
Predicate nominative is also popularly known as the predicate noun. It is a noun, a pronoun or any nominal that follows the linking verb and most of the time the form of the verb be. It links or completes the linking and change the name of the subject. It complements or completes the verb in the sentence. However, predicate nominative completes only linking verbs. Predicate nominative can be compound while some do not have one. Therefore in the sentence "Sugar is the main ingredient in taffy", the predicate nominative is "ingredient".
This tells us that Ponyboy doesn't believe in labels that he see's everybody as people as who they are.<span />
