Agricultural runoff- water from farm fields due to irrigation, rain, or melted snow that flows over the earth that can absorb into the ground, enter bodies of waters or evaporate.

Deforestation- the permanent removal of trees to make room for something besides forest. This can include clearing the land for agriculture or grazing, or using the timber for fuel, construction or manufacturing. Forests cover more than 30% of the Earth's land surface, according to the World Wildlife Fund.

Overharvesting- overexploitation, refers to harvesting a renewable resource to the point of diminishing returns. Ecologists use the term to describe populations that are harvested at a rate that is unsustainable, given their natural rates of mortality and capacities for reproduction.

It requires the government to follow due process before anyone can be deprived of certain rights such as life, property and freedom.

<h3>Equal protection clause</h3>

This gives the law that the states must offer the same protection to all of its citizens without prejudice.
