<em>United States vs. Butler:</em> The Supreme Court ruled that taxes instituted under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 were unconstitutional, negating another New Deal program.

A monarchy is a type of government ruled by a hereditary ruler, such as a king or queen. A monarch who claims the divine right of kings uses their religion to justify their position of power.
