National Black Deaf Advocates is not only a defense organization for black people with hearing impairment, but it is an association that seeks to integrate them into society through scholarships, leadership training, contests, academic instruction, among other programs and benefits . This association is an important achievement because of the visibility of the cause of the black and deaf population and promotes opportunities that these people would not have due to intolerance and racism.
