I think it is: y=0.375x+3.125
a=(5-2)/(5- -3)=3/8=0.375
Find b
(5)=0.375(5)+b
(5)=1.875+b
5-1.875=b
b=3.125
9 x 2 = 18
6 x 3 = 18
and 18 x 1 = 18
A decimal number between 0.25 and 0.5 is 0.35
