can you please help me to understand the pythagorean theorem, and Trigonometry . i don't really understand it

Now let’s say I had a leg that was 4 inches and a second leg that was 8 inches. I would then have to try and find the hypotenuse. So plug it into the equation

4^2+8^2=c^2

Now 4 to the power of 2 is 16 and 8 is 64

16+64=c (note we got ride of the ^2 for the c)

So 80=c

Now what we want to do is take the square root of 80 since our c needs to be rooted. So the square root of 80 would be your answer.

rx=11.99
