Everything basically has bacteria so if you touch someone that’s sick and they sneezed on their hand if you handshake that person or touch their hand the germs are on your hand now of course you can wash ur hands but there’s still bacteria on your hand it’s confirmed that everyone atleast touches their body 16 times and hour so that’s how it spreads to our body

What common virulence factors are found in Neisseria?
HACTEHA [7]

The common virulence factors found in Neisseria are polysaccharide capsule, endotoxin, IgA1 protease, pili, and proteins.

Explanation:

Neisseria species are Gram negative diplococcic highly pathogenic bacteria which cause meningococcal and gonococcal diseases in humans.

Virulence factors of Neisseria meningitidis:

Polysaccharide capsule: Antigenic anti-phagocytic capsular polysaccharides form a capsule and surround the bacterium. About 13 serotypes are present based on which the bacteria is classified.

Endotoxin: Composed of lipooligosaccharides leading to hemorrhage, sepsis, and petechiae on skin

IgA1 protease: Enzyme that breaks and cleaves the antibody IgA

Pili: Attaches bacterium to respiratory tract cells. Acts antigenic against the body’s immune system.

Diseases: Meningococcal - Meningitis, meningococcemia

Transmission: Respiratory tract

Virulence factors of Neisseria gonorrhea :

Pili: Complex gene codes for hypervariable genomes and antigenic against antibodies

Protein porins of outer membrane: Two protein complexes – Por A and Por B – facilitates invasion of epithelial cells

Opaproteins – facilitates attachment and further invasion of epithelial cells.

Diseases : Gonococcal – epididymitis, prostitis etc in men and pelvic inflammatory disease in women

Transmission: Sexual transmission

Think about your everyday life and the people you interact with. Now write down behaviors that you believe do not foster healthy
MrMuchimi
Distrust is a huge barrier in social relationships. Distrust often stems from a "me first" minset that leads to conflict. There is no "I" in team. When. trust is lacking we spend to much time. and energy resisting the other person. Selfies and attention seeking social media outlets has given life to lack of communication and distrust. A large population of individuals male and female would rather be desired by many except valued by one. I believe social media has destroyed many social relationships because a lot of people have more options than ever before. We live in a society of "more" and keeping up with the Joneses that we lack contentment in our social relationships sometimes.
