Belief systems can reflect a culture by adapting them into it such as in places like Arabia where the religion is Islam where the women all wear hair or facial coverings and many other ways such as how they treat elders and what is seen as disrespectful or not just all gets mixed into the culture itself

Voting at the House of Representatives should be more than just your personal values. Because the senators and representatives are elected by direct vote.
