The Incan Empire and the Spanish Empire were similar in two ways. Both Empires had powerful armies and had both conquered many vast territories. Both Empires also had powerful and organized systems of government. Both of the Empires kept official records and were ruled under one person.

There are several different organizations that revolve around foreign alliances that are critical to the safety of the world (example: United Nations).
