There are 16 children.
Multiply 11 by 7 to get 77 and then add the 3. So that becomes 80. That was to find the improper fraction. Now that you have 80/7 you have to get the same denominator as 10/14. Luckily it’s easy to get to 14 from 7 you just multiply by 2, but whatever you do to the top you do to the bottom. So now you have 80x2 & 7x2 which is equal to 160 & 14. So your new improper fraction is 160/14 now you divide that number by how many each kid gets. 160/14 divided by 10/14 and your answer is 16.

You have a bag of chocolate candy. Ten of them are red, 7 are brown, 12 are green, and 9 are blue. What is the probability that
Brrunno [24]

It would be \frac{10}{38}, or, in simplest form, \frac{5}{19}.

You get this by adding all the marbles to find the total number of marbles. <em>10+7+12+9</em>, which equals <em>38</em>.

You have <u>10 red marbles out of 38 total</u>, so that is represented by \frac{10}{38}!

Which ordered pair is a solution to the system of inequalities ? (1, –5) (3, 0) (–1, –2) (1, 5)
Musya8 [376]

Point (3,0) is system solution.

<h3>What is inequality?</h3>

A statement of an order relationship—greater than, greater than or equal to, less than, or less than or equal to—between two numbers or algebraic expressions.

We have

y> -2

x + y <4

  • For (1,-5):

First inequation:

-5> -2 (incorrect)

Second inequality:

1-5 <4 (correct)

  • For (3,0):

First inequation:

0> -2 (correct)

Second inequality:

0+3 <4 (correct)

  • For (-1,-2):

First inequation:

-2> -2 (incorrect)

Second inequality:

-1-2 <4 (correct)

  • For (1,5):

First inequation:

5> -2 (correct)

Second inequality:

1+5 <4 (incorrect)

Hence, Point (3,0) is system solution.

Simplify (-3c^-3w^5)^3<br> A -9w^8<br> B. -27cw^8<br> C. w^15/27c^9<br> D.-27w^15/c^9
kenny6666 [7]

Answer:

\large\boxed{D.\ \dfrac{-27w^{15}}{c^9}}

Step-by-step explanation:

(-3c^{-3}w^5)^3\qquad\text{use}\ (ab)^n=a^nb^n\\\\=(-3)^3(c^{-3})^3(w^5)^3\qquad\text{use}\ (a^n)^m=a^{nm}\\\\=-27c^{-3\cdot3}w^{5\cdot3}=-27c^{-9}w^{15}\qquad\text{use}\ a^{-n}=\dfrac{1}{a^n}\\\\=-27\left(\dfrac{1}{c^9}\right)w^{15}=\dfrac{-27w^{15}}{c^9}
