Do you think that reconstruction had positive effects on southern society why or why not
RSB [31]
Economically it had a positive impact on the South, it allowed their economy not to be solely reliant on agriculture. However, as far as their society goes there wasn't a change in their belief system in their stance on African Americans. Many still considered them as second citizens until the Civil Rights Movement.

The withdrawal of South Vietnamese troops from the northern and central provinces caused _____. the North Vietnamese to abandon
Alex17521 [72]

Answer:

The right answer is:

a general panic as thousands of soldiers and civilians crowded the roads to escape the Vietminh .

Explanation:

In the months and weeks before the fall of Saigon in April 1975, a huge exodus of civilians and military men could be seen in the roads of Southern Vietnam. Morale was low and this fact surely contributed to the final outcome, the victory of the Northern Vietnamese troops.

NOTE: Please note that the right term here should be Viet Cong and not Vietminh.

What effect did bacons rebellion have on Virginia ?
lozanna [386]
Bacon's rebellion led to the Colonists adopting slavery as the primary source for labor. Bacon's rebellion was led by a group of former indentured servants who were now free, without work, idle, and looking for trouble. With slaves they were never free, never looking for trouble, and never out on the prowl. After the 1676 rebellion led by Bacon, the colonies decided that black slaves from Africa would be the way to go, since they never got their freedom.
