Answer:

The conflict was between me and a customer at the store I work at. I was having trouble with something not scanning in their order. They got mad because I wasn't able to fix it right away. I had to talk it out with them, and let them know what I had to do to get the issue fixed. Doing that helped the situation and the customer calmed down.
