Answer:

Although historians disagree about the extent of the social and material damage caused by the 9th- and 10th-century invasions, they agree that demographic growth began during the 10th century and perhaps earlier. They have also identified signs of the reorganization of lordship and agricultural labour, a process in which members of an order of experienced and determined warriors concentrated control of land in their own hands and coerced a largely free peasantry into subjection. Thus did the idea of the three orders of society—those who fight, those who pray, and those who labour—come into use to describe the results of the ascendancy of the landholding aristocracy and its clerical partners. In cooperation with bishops and ecclesiastical establishments, particularly great monastic foundations such as Cluny (established 910), the nobility of the late 11th and 12th centuries reorganized the agrarian landscape and rural society of western Europe and made it the base of urbanization, which was also well under way in the 11th century.

How are the Senate leaders chosen?
timofeeve [1]

Option 2: They are elected within each party.

At the beginning of each Congress, the parties' members in the Senate choose their own leaders which shall protect their rights and interests on the Senate floor. Since the 1920s, the Republicans and Democrats are the first floor leaders of the U.S.

Depending on which party is in power, one serves as majority leader and the other as minority leader. The majority leader, whose power in the Senate is equal to the power of the Speaker of the House, is responsible to schedule the daily legislative program and, along with the minority leader, it creates the unanimous consent agreements that govern the time for debate.

Who caused the problem with Formaldehyde
Alekssandra [29.7K]

Answer:

Formaldehyde is a highly reactive molecule that can be directly irritating to tissues with which it comes into contact. Human and animal studies indicate that formaldehyde, at certain exposure levels, can be irritating to the upper respiratory tract and eyes with inhalation exposure, to the skin with dermal exposure, and to the gastrointestinal tract with oral exposure. Formaldehyde-induced noncancer and cancer effects appear to occur only at portals-of-entry (i.e., upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, and skin).
