Explanation:

Yes, I do believe that there is a pretty big educational gap between poor and wealthy students. I believe this is because wealthy students are able to afford private school which spends extra time on each individual student in order to help that student achieve their full potential. This is not the case with poor students since they usually end up going to public schools with hundreds of other students. These schools bunch the students up into groups and give them a learning curriculum with no personalized or individual help. Meaning that they ultimately need to solve and learn new things by themselves.
