Here is what I answered with, I'm not 100% sure it is correct.

Part A:

The maximum height of the toy rocket would be 145.

Part B:

After 3 seconds the toy will reach its maximum height.

Part C:

The toy rocket flew higher the first time, the maximum height of the rocket the 1st time 145, the second time however the maximum height was only 103.
