A healthy diet is even more important than exercise because every performance of the human body is possible due to the vitamins we consume through food.

While both exercise and diet are main contributors to weight loss, if we didn't maintain healthy diets, we wouldn't even have the brains to answer questions like these.

Both diet and exercise are extremely important however exercise is more important because when we exercise we burn off calories we’ve eaten from the day if we didn’t exercise those calories would turn to fat which isn’t good for our bodies
