Z=(44-30)/7.5

=14/7.5

When X=16

Z=(16-30)/7.5

=-1.87

P Value=0.0314.

Required probability is =0.9686-0.0314

=0.9372

=93.72%

Hence the probability that a randomly selected individual will have a waiting time between 16 and 44 minutes is 93.72%.
