The honor Code and zero tolerance policy are there to inform people with the right information. I like that idea because It is not only rude and disrespectful if you do it on purpose, it is also not helping anybody. DOing this can lead to things like suspension or even getting expelled, no matter where you are.  Brainly is meant for Academic help, not a site to message on. Brainly is meant for people who are struggling to receive information on how to solve the problem and why you got that answer. If you have nothing nice to say, DON'T SAY IT.

Doug is fluent in French. Does he need to pick a French dictionary when he travels to France?explain.
xenn [34]
Yes, I think so. Fluent means he knows the language by heart whether that is his first language or not. However, he still could forget some things. Here in the U.S. We still look stuff up all the time in dictionary's or on our phones even though we are fluent in the language. So getting a French dictionary will help more.

Why were the sentences in presidental addresses longer in eighteenth century than they are today?
Elanso [62]

The president addresses were longer in eighteenth century than today because

1. Nowadays there is proper use of modern English.

2. Each and every president has a speech writer who is well educated.

3. In today world people are very well-informed. Therefore president does not need to clarify each and every speech he makes.

4. Television and radios have taken the opportunity to elaborate well what president has said in his speech in different languages so as to reach common man.
