name three methods a person can take to protect their skin from the sun. also, list one benefit that exposure to sunlight provid
Oksanka [162]

Three ways to protect oneself from the sun is;

1. Wearing sunscreen protection

2. Wearing sunglasses, long sleeves, and a hat

3. Getting outdoors before 10 am and after 4 pm when the sun rays are least strong

When sun rays hit the skin, a cascade of biochemical pathways is significant in the uptake of vitamin D from the gut. Vitamin D is important in the absorption of calcium and minerals into bone and making them strong. This prevents diseases such as rickets.

A point mutation will happen in the protein, but would not change all lysines to valines, as there are multiple codons for lysine, and multiple tRNAs which carry it, and assume that this accident only happened to one of the lysine tRNAs.</span>
