The animator, Windsor McCay use "heavy lines" to define a character from all other drawing pieces whether it was background or other characters. (he just outlined his stuff with a thick, black pen)
I believe the answer is A, because as she uses this term we can see what her character portrays that she is a polite person.
Because art is a symbol or status of living. rural cultures out in the middle of nowhere fighting to survive don't have time or resource to create something. but rich countries or cultures with money to blow have no problem spending on something cool they can create. plus it shows the world a bit of that countries style and flavor
