I'm pretty sure you just multiply the 1 1/4 by 3 because if 1 1/4 makes 10 muffins you need to make 3 more dozens so 1 1/4 times 3 equals 3.75

M is the midpoint of YZ. If YM = x + 3, and YZ = 3x -1, find MZ
Elenna [48]
2(x+3)= 3x-1
2x+6=3x-1
X=7
Therefore
YM = 7+3= 10
And by definition of midpoint YM=MZ so MZ=10

Generate the first 5 terms of this sequence:
AURORKA [14]
We are given f(1) = 0 and f(2) = 1. Going forward, the term is the sum of the two previous terms. f(3) = f(2) + f(1) = 0 + 1 = 1. f(4) = f(3) + f(2) = 1 + 1 = 2 f(5) = f(4) + f(3) = 2 + 1 = 3 This matches answer B.

Please help me !!! i will mark brain-list for the correct answer !!!
Shtirlitz [24]

Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

So remember that a quarter of a circle is 90 degrees, a half of a circle is 180 degrees, and a whole circle is 360 degrees.

Looking at the image shown, it must be half a circle, whihc is 180 degrees. The image tells us that the 1st angle is 7 degrees. Now, we must find the 2nd angle.

Heres what we know however:

angle 1 + angle 2 = 180 degrees.

How do we know this?

Well, there are only 2 angles in this 180 degrees. We know that the first one is 7 degrees.

Lets input that into our nice lil equation to get an answer:

7 degrees+angle 2 = 180 degrees

Now lets solve.

Subtract 7 on both sides, and your left with:

angle 2 = 173 degrees.

So the answer must be:

173 degrees

Hope this helps! ;)
