Answer: I think the answer is  B. This story is to explain really.

Explanation:

The way the Narrator is reading this it doesn't sound like its to be informative about anything specific. This paragraph wasn't to inspire anyone about anything. I could see how it would be explain because they were telling us how this 28 year old lady was trying to pull off a teen look and it didn't seem to work out that way and they are explaining the incident that occurred here. It was really to explain to you about this 28 year old lady trying to be a teenager again. This is my input hope this helped!!
