What are the steps in filament theory
Inessa [10]

Answer and Explanation:

The steps of the sliding filament theory are:

Muscle activation: breakdown of energy (ATP) by myosin.

Before contraction begins, myosin is only associated with a molecule of energy (ATP), which myosin breaks down into its component molecules (ADP + P) causing myosin to change shape.

Muscle contraction: cross-bridge formation

The shape change allows myosin to bind an adjacent actin, creating a cross-bridge.

Recharging: power (pulling) stroke

The cross-bridge formation causes myosin to release ADP+P, change shape, and to pull (slide) actin closer to the center of the myosin molecule.

Relaxaction: cross-bridge detachment

The completion of the pulling stroke further changes the shape of myosin. This allows myosin and ATP to bind, which causes myosin to release actin, destroying the cross-bridge. The cycle is now ready to begin again.

The repeated cycling through these steps generates force (i.e., step 2: cross-bridge formation) and changes in muscle length (i.e., step 3: power stroke), which are necessary to muscle contraction.

The four main types of pest
-Dominant- [34]

Answer:

1) Insect

2) Mites

3) Rodents

4) Animals

5) Birds

Explanation:

1)  These are significant and significant pests. Insects have three pairs of legs, two pairs of wings, a segmented body, and complex eyes and antennae that are unique to them. Insects are smart, extracting sap from plants, biting plant parts, burrowing into fruits, twigs, and leaves, attacking roots, barks, and blooms, among other things. Larvae, adults, and nymphs are the stages of insect pests that cause harm.

2) These are insect-like organisms with a soft body and four pairs of legs. The colour of these small organisms is red or pastel yellow. They feed on the plant's sap and attack the crops in large numbers.

3) This bug consumes a considerable amount of human food and causes widespread crop damage. They're also to blame for massive grain losses on fields, in warehouses, and in homes.

4) Wild boars, deer, elephants, buffalo, jackals, monkeys, and squirrels are among the animals that inflict direct harm to agricultural plants. They devour the plants and, as a result, squander a tremendous amount of food.

5) Birds devour grains and destroy crop plants. Crows, parrots, and sparrows are among the most common birds that prey on crops.
