Distribute
2b -1(3b-4) =-2
2b-3b+4=-2
Combine like terms
2b -3b+4=-2
-b+4=-2
Subtract 4 from both sides of the equation
-b+4=-2
-b+4-4=-2-4
Simplify
-b=-6
You supposed to subtract the numbers
Divide both sides of the equation by the same term
-b=-6
-b/-1=-6/-1
Simplify
Divide the numbers , cancel terms that are both the numerator and denominator
B=6
Solution b=6

C С 154 -Y Х 2 3 5 w 4 6 7 Z D
Sergio [31]

Answer:

m<1 = 26°

m<2 = 154°

m<3 = 26°

m<4 = 26°

m<5 = 154°

m<6 = 154°

m<7 = 26°

Step-by-step explanation:

What is required was not stated, however, let's find the value of every angle labelled in this diagram.

✔️m<1 = 180° - 154° (linear pair theorem)

m<1 = 26°

✔️m<2 = 154° (vertical angles theorem)

m<2 = 154°

✔️m<3 = m<1 (vertical angles theorem)

m<3 = 26° (substitution)

✔️m<4 = m<3 (alternate interior angles theorem)

m<4 = 26° (substitution)

✔️m<5 = m<2 (alternate interior angles theorem)

m<5 = 154° (substitution)

✔️m<6 = m<5 (vertical angles theorem)

m<6 = 154° (substitution)

✔️m<7 = m<4 (vertical angles theorem)

m<7 = 26° (substitution)

How can I solve this proof?? PLZ HELP I DONT UNDERSTAND!! Thanks !!

Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:

See below

Discussion:

Triangles BAD and BCD are congruent by the SAS postulate.

          * Side AD = DC because BD is the perpendicular bisector  of AC.

          * Angle ADB and CDB are both right angles, and hence equal, because

BD is the perpendicular bisector of AC)

Corresponding parts of congruent triangles are equal so angle BAD = angle BCD,  which was to be proven.

What's a triangle with 3 acute angles
MAVERICK [17]
A triangle is scalene if all of its three sides are different (in which case, the three angles are also different). If two of its sides are equal, a triangle is called isosceles. A triangle with all three equal sides is called equilateral
