Peers can encourage you to diet, workout, or choose to not fall into drugs and alcohol. Negatively peers can pressure you into trying drugs, alcohol or eating out which can damage your body.

At school for example: you're constantly around other students eating junk food everyday which becomes the norm. However, when you bring something helathy sometimes people will pick on your lunch because they're jealous they don't have your eating habits. Or because it's not normall to see people eating healthy in the cafeteria.
