Fat is normal to be present in the body, but too much of it endangers our health and life if in a serious matter. It is better to have a proper timing to have a cool down to avoid feeling dizzy and lightheaded after an exercise. Stretching is important to give the muscle time to recover and to reduce muscle soreness, relax tensions, accelerate your recovery process to perform better on the next workout or exercise. There are many types of exercise that helps our body produce sweat and burns unnecessary fats. These are:

1. Aerobic

2. Flexibility

3. Strength

4. Balance
