6. Make sure to state what is not functioning well with the support of the ministry of environemnt. remember to state this with due respect and good manners
7. Write a short closing paragraph stating the appreciation for a positive response
8. close with a show of gratitude and finish with the sentence Yours sincerely, and then write your name
