Can anyone help? Based on the quote below, determine the extent that democratic ideals are made available to all people. "And li

berty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right from the frame of their nature, to knowledge, as their great Creator who does nothing in vain, has given them understandings, and a desire to know—but besides this they have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible divine right to that most dreaded, and envied kind of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers. Rulers are no more than attorneys, agents and trustees for the people; and if the cause, the interest and trust is insidiously betray'd, or wantonly trifled away, the people have a right to revoke the authority, that they themselves have deputed, and to constitute abler and better agents, attorneys and trustees." -John Adams, V. agasfer [191]

The form of mediation that phillip described is called facilitative mediation.

Facilitative mediating is the most common and basic of mediation techniques. It involves the use of mediators who create an environment for negotiations. In other words they facilitate negotiations amongst the parties in conflict in the hopes that both parties can come to an agreement that favors the both of them and results in lasting peace.

Much like doctors and counselors will use different strategies to achieve desired results, so too do mediators use different techniques. The three main styles of mediation are evaluative, facilitative, and transformative.

The most popular models of mediation are facilitative mediation, evaluative, transformative, e-mediation, mixed mediation, mediation-arbitration, narrative mediation, “Shuttle” mediation, and court-mandated mediation. Facilitative mediation is focused on the interests of the parties.

What problems existed in the making of the south African constitution ? what compromises were made ?
rewona [7]

Answer:

Apartheid was the official policy of racial separation and ill treatment of blacks followed by the government of South Africa between 1948 and 1989.

2) Under this policy the blacks were forced to live in crowded townships lacking basic amenities. There were separate transport, hotels, beaches and even churches for the whites and blacks.

3) They had no political rights and no representation in the parliament.

4) The African national Congress started a movement against apartheid which gradually gained momentum. This included many worker’s unions and the Communist party.

5) International opposition against apartheid and economic sanctions imposed by the UNO had serious effect on South Africa.

6) The white regime realized that they could no longer keep the blacks under their rule and began to change their policies. Discriminatory laws were repealed. In 1990, President F.W. De Clerk released Nelson Mandela from jail after 28 years of imprisonment and began to negotiate with the ANC.

7) Finally at the midnight of 26 April 1994, a new democratic republic of South Africa was born. The apartheid government gave way to the formation of a multi-racial government.

balu736 [363]

Answer:

Yes, it is justified.

Explanation:

The Mobile Phone market is one of the larges markets that exist, with Smartphone shipments worldwide adding up to around 1.6 billion units in 2019. Therefore even though creating mobile phone applications are costly and time consuming, the size of the market alone justifies this implementation because it will allow their product to land in the hands of all those people within that market. This in term leads to a significant increase on their Return on Investment (ROI).
