Let, height is h.

By Pythagoras theorem :

$b^2+h^2=l^2\\\\h=\sqrt{l^2-b^2}\\\\h=\sqrt{10^2-5^2}\\\\h = \sqrt{75}\\\\h = 5\sqrt{3}\ ft$
