They use no tolerance policies when it comes to bullying, illegal activities, or anything that could harm others.
I think that it's important because it gives the brain a time to register than you're done. Also prevents you from overeating.
Because it is not too straight forward and rude and not to passive and easy to walk over it is healthy way to communicate
