Why may judicial interpretations of the U.S constitution change over time?select all that apply.
Ad libitum [116K]
I would say A) evolving attitudes of the public, D) current events, and E) ideologies of individual justices.

I don't think B is correct because the judicial branch is supposed to act as a check against the executive branch and therefore cannot be instructed to rule a certain way by any president, and I don't think C is correct because changes to the bill of rights would have less impact on interpretation of the constitution and more of an impact on the constitution/law itself

Explain the role played by consumers , business and government in a market economy
scZoUnD [109]
<span>Good Morning!

In a market society, also known as "capitalism," the roles are very clear. Consumers have the role of effecting the consumption of products or services, thus acting as a thermometer for the market since it is from the tastes and options of the population that the market must be guided. The market, then, is the one that meets the demand and produces in order to raise customers and realize sales. The government is a manager, but should not interfere much with the functioning of the market. The government must manage and prevent unfair competition, harness currency strength and international competition.

What are some of china's most important religious ideas?
Lelechka [254]
Heaven and Earth are ruthless; To them the Ten Thousand Things are but as straw dogs. The Sage too is ruthless; To him the people are but as straw dogs.—Tao Te Ching(天地不仁,以万物为刍狗;圣人不仁,以百姓为刍狗。)

In fact, we Chinese seldom consider religion seriously. As we know that our life cannot fully depends on gods.
