When a professor is delivering a lecture and some students begin to whisper back and forth, the professor may stop the lecture,
tatuchka [14]

Answer:

negative sanction

Explanation:

Sanctions can be defined as the means of enforcing rules.

Sanctions can be positive as well as negative.

A sanction is said to be positive when rewards are given for conforming to norms. Getting a promotion at work is a positive sanction for working hard.

Negative sanctions on the other hand are punishments given to people for violating norms. Being arrested is a punishment for shoplifting. Both types of sanctions play a role in social control.

We also have formal and informal sanctions.

Formal sanctions are the official ways to recognize and enforce violation of norms. In the event a student violates her college’s code of conduct, for example, she might be expelled. When an employee speaks inappropriately to the boss, he could be fired.

Sociologists have a look at human behavior, interplay, and company. They have a look at the hobby of social, spiritual, political, and financial businesses, corporations, and institutions. They study the impact of social effects, such as groups and establishments, on unique individuals and agencies.

Sociologists are employed by using research institutes, the crook justice machine, public health and welfare companies, non-public businesses, law corporations, worldwide agencies, clinical centers, educational establishments, advertising firms, survey and polling corporations, and the past.

Polar bears obtain the majority of their annual nutrient reserves during the late winter. They hunt seals on the surface of sea
andreev551 [17]

Answer:

They will have to find alternate food sources.

Explanation:

I Had to find the graph on google, but the graph pretty much shows that the polar bears are struggling to hunt seals successfully because of different factors such as melting ice. Because of the ice melting, seals cannot stay on the surface of sea ice anymore, which means that seals are probably more scattered than before which makes it harder for polar bears to hunt. Because this is not likely to change anytime soon because of global warming, the most likely prediction regarding polar bears is that they will have to find alternate food sources in order not to become extinct.
