Answer:

I'm gonna make them science-y

Rotate:

Because of the Earth's rotation, the phenomenon known as the Coriolis Effect causes air currents and water currents on Earth to move in curved patterns rather than in straight lines. Currents in the Northern Hemisphere are deflected right, while in the Southern Hemisphere they are deflected left.

Revolve:

The ancient astronomer Ptolemy created a geocentric system model of how the universe revolves<em> </em>around Earth. He theorized in his model that all stars and planets traveled in a perfect circle around Earth, but that these rotations seemed visibly imperfect due to Earth being stationary.

Organism:

A virus is not a living organism. It is not considered one because it cannot replicate or reproduce its DNA/RNA without the use of a host cell. Due to it not being biotic, or living, antibiotic medicines are not able to treat viral infections.

A metal sphere of radius 9 is melted and transformed into three identical spheres. b What is the ratio of the area of one of the
Romashka [77]

Answer:

25:52  the ratio of the area of one of these spheres to the area of the original sphere.

Explanation:

Radius of metal sphere ,R= 9

Volume of metallic sphere, V = \frac{4}{3}\pi R^3

Radius of small metal sphere = r

Volume of small sphere made form metal sphere = v

v=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3

Volume of metallic sphere = Total volume of all 3 small spheres

V = 3v

\frac{4}{3}\p R^3=3\times \frac{4}{3}\p r^3

R=\sqrt[3]{3}r

Area of sphere = 4\pi (radius)^2

Area of metal sphere = A=4\pi R^2

Area of small metal sphere = A'=4\pi r^2

The ratio of the area of small spheres to the area of the original sphere:

\frac{A'}{A}=\frac{4\pi r^2}{4\pi R^2}=\frac{r^2}{R^2}

=\frac{r^2}{(\sqrt[3]{3}r)^2}=\frac{1}{(\sqrt[3]{3})^2}=\frac{1}{2.08}=\frac{25}{52}

25:52  the ratio of the area of one of these spheres to the area of the original sphere.

Angles are said to be congruent when their side measures are the same true or false
Natalija [7]
I'd say false. Just because the side lengths are the same doesn't mean the angles are too.

How does the tilt of the Earth affect the distribution of sunlight?
Furkat [3]
Since it is on a tilt, the sun can only reach a certain amount of the earth at one time. Which is why if it’s day time in one country, on the other side of the world it’s night time
