How and why did the war of 1812 start and why did it end?

please help
MAXImum [283]
It ended with the exchange of ratifications of the Treaty of Ghent. In 1812, with President Madison in office, Congress declared war against the British. The war began with an attack on Canada, both as an effort to gain land and to cut off British supply lines to Tecumseh's Indian confederation, which had long troubled the US.

Russia had a special ethnic tie with Serbia because both countries had Slavic populations.
oksian1 [2.3K]

Explanation:

Russia then declared war on A-H, Germany then on Russia because russia declared war on A-H, then France declared war on germany for declaring war on russia, then Germany tried the schlieffen plan and declared war on Belgium and because belgium was a neutral country the british empire declared war on germany.

In short, the alliances (Triple Entente (Russia, France British Empire)and Centralpowers alliance (Germany,Italy and A-H))caused these countrys to declare war on eachother.

During World War II, the last attempt by the Germans to stop the Allied advance on the western front took place
Natali5045456 [20]

during world war ii, the last attempt by the germans to stop the allied advance on the western front took place at : the battle of the burge.

This battle actually caught the allied forces on the western front by surprise and caused massive casualties on the side of allied forces. But Germany also experienced massive depletion in both military men and supplies which actually leave their last defense become vulnerable and eventually lead to their defeat.
