In the particular case of Germany, Adolf Hitler, with his Nazism, took advantage of the strong feelings of anger and discontent that were a part of the German people during the 1930´s and before, due to the results of the First World War. And, at the time, the only people who seemed to be doing economically well were the Jews. Although it is not possible to fully comprehend the depth of hatred towards Jews, it is known that Nazism was able to launch and strengthen their political views and way of life thanks to the German people´s beliefs in their superiority due to their Arian race. Two things, then, would have been good measures to prevent Nazism from reaching so deeply into Germany; the first, if after the First war, measures against the country had not been so stringent as to force people into such poverty, which only led to anger and hatred towards those who were less affected, particularly the Jews. And second, if measures had been taken to understand that race had nothing to do with social standing or wellbeing, if people had been shown that the color of skin, hair and eyes, had nothing to do with how well someone did in life, or gave them higher rights over another.
