<span>Babylon became an important center for trade because it had good population. It was a well-known place for trade because it was the capitol of Mesopotamia. Babylon produced a lot of goods such as wheat, parley, and sesame.</span>
England wanted to establish an American colony to increase her wealth and power. England hoped to find silver and gold in America. An American settlement would furnish raw materials that could not be grown or obtained in England, while opening new markets for trade.
In my opinion, since women currently make up 50.8% of the population, if the amendment was not around the US would not have the full country’s decision on who should be elected and would only be half of what could be the whole 100%, if that makes sense.
