I feel that they were both victims of different things. johnny was a victim of being miss treated by his teacher who even though Johnny did try his best, the teacher still would yell at him and treat him horribly. Daniel was a victim of bullying by Johnny and as the saying goes a bully is a bully because he is bullied.
