Answer:

Wow, it’s been a very slow day.

The slow days are the worst around here, which is strange when you come to think about it.

I used to long for the slow days when i was smaller.

Slow days were the dream.

On a fast day the world is like a war zone.

There’s so much shouting.

So many tears.

Things get thrown then.

Lots of things.

Things break.

Cups.

Plates.

Bones.

The fast days are bad.

Bad.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing good about the fast days.

On a slow day the world is peaceful. Tranquil even.

On a slow day everyone is quiet, respectful, polite, thoughtful.

Human.

On a slow day it’s like we’re a normal family. It’s feels like the way life is supposed to be.

It’s not that I find it boring. Honestly it’s pretty close to Heaven.

It’s all I long for on the fast ones.

The thing is, you can’t trust a slow day.

Never.

Never trust a slow day.

One wrong word, one wrong move, one wrong sigh and a slow day changes in less than a second.

You can’t trust a slow day.

Slow days are the worst

Ok, so this is a true story that happened to me. I was at a small local beach in my area and I was so excited to get in the water. I realized that there where no life guards there so I would have to take extra precautions (fore shadowing). I brought my dog too but people where saying its not safe since he was an 8lbs chihuahua puppy at the time (now he’s 11lbs). Anyway, I got into the water and there where TONS AND TONS of clams and crabs everywhere, I kept getting pinched while I was swimming to some rocks far from the shore. One i made it to the rocks, I’d just sit there and then swim back. After a while, it started it get late and the tide was getting stronger, so i was about to pack up my stuff but then I saw that my family was still in the water so I swam over to them but while I was swimming, i felt this crazy stinging sensation on my leg and it hurt so bad that I screamed. I looked around… and there it was… a jellyfish the size of my dog (probably a little bigger!), i went into fight or flight mode and I started booking it straight to the shore line. Once I made it back, I could see where I got stung because there where obvious sting wounds on my leg and I had a slight limp… My parents didn’t really care until they saw the chihuahua sized jellyfish. After the incident people started to get out the water and pack their bags to go home, on my way home we stopped to get some ice cream to make me feel better. Hope you enjoyed my story!
