In 1633 the views of people overall in sciences and the church were more constricted because what was said was obeyed. 1992 is closer to our time where scientific discoveries were expanded on and investigated, not completely ignored. The industrial revolution and economic motives were almost at the center of imperialism. Those who had a good manufacturing base were able to produce weapons far superior to those who were throwing spears at them. They could produce better ships than those riding canoes. They could produce men better trained in the art of war, who were disciplined and fearless in battle.
The best colonies were those that had what appeared to be unlimited natural resources that were untapped. The imperialist countries could then take the natural resources and turn them into manufactured goods that could be sold back to the colonies under their rule.
I believe love is the connection between to people where their souls come together to form one. Where you merely think of someone and are melted instantly. Love is powerful, passionate, and yes at times very insane. To truly love one you must be willing to give up yourself for them, put there needs first ; but most of all feel as if you can't live without them and know 100% that the feeling is mutual. To some love is but a fairy tale but to those who take the time to wait and allow it to find them it is the most marvelous thing in the world. To look at a ring and feel your lovers warmth as if enclosed in their arms is to know that you are truly loved and that you truly love them.

First, breakfast was seen as medicinal: people might be prescribed “a breakfast of…” as a means to sustain them in illness or old age. In 1305, Edward I (then aged 65), employed a cook just to prepare breakfasts.
Second, we find certain classes of monks eating breakfast. Old and sick monks fall into the category above, of course; but in addition young monks were permitted a light breakfast. At Peterborough it was argued that if the young monks did not have a breakfast, they ate so much at dinner they fell asleep in the afternoons.
