Answer:

After the men went out to fight in the war the women started replacing men in employment. Women worked in farming, post offices, and making weapons. By the end of the war women were being enrolled into more jobs such as cooks, clerks, telephonists, and instructors. After WW1 women had more supporters of the movement.
