Analyze human impact on Earth as a local effect versus a global effect

Local: If they take care of the place, they will have a clean area with little human effect on it. They may save more than 90% of trees, and do not farm or mine the area. However, if the place surrounding the area however, fails to take care of the area, it is the "global effect" especially if it affects large amounts of land or the whole world. This can be, for example, the explosion of the A-bomb or H-bomb in a wide expanse. This is more of a global standard, because it not only affects the area locally, but also world, as it is a show of force, destruction, and affects many people.

hope this helps
