Bad things happen is life. Sometimes they're even pretty terrible. Is it better to remember those events? or forget those events

?
If we forget them, is there anything we gain that will help our lives? is there anything we would lose?
how painful are those memories help us in the future? If we have'nt experienced any really painful thing, are we worse or better off?

Answer:

Having something painful happen in your life can feel horrible, but you may be able to succeed farther than a person that hasn't had something bad happen to them, because for you the only way to go it up. That doesnt mean that "the only way to go is up" all of a sudden youre going to feel awesome, its a gradual increase of happiness that can do enough to make you feel better every day. i hope that made sense lol

I, for one, agree with this quote. In simple terms, it basically means that no human being has a good enough memory to keep track of all the lies they've told. Once you start telling too many lies, you tend to lose track and end up digging yourself into a hole. A time that I've  lied was when I made up a lie as to why my assignments weren't completed in middle school.
