Yes, however, random people should not just be taught because people have a tendency to not follow every step, and can hurt themselves. I learned about this, and that if you modify a persons DNA, that's permanent. If you messed up, your offspring could be impacted. This is why we don't just give out information, because people are afraid that if we messed up, we could end the world or something.

It is a polyunsaturated fatty acid present in the phospholipids of the membranes in the cells of the body, brain, muscle and liver. Prostaglandins are the active lipids compounds abundant in human tissue. They are a 20 carbon chain saturated fatty acids with a 5 carbon ring forming a cyclopentane. It has one trans-double bond, two hydroxyl functional groups and a ketone functional group.
