In an organisation there are many chances of situations where fraud happens. There are many symptoms of fraud exist in the company including fraud in financial transactions, employee fraud, loss of clients, loss of shareholders, theft, bribery, vendor fraud, embezzlement of assets or property, investment scams, customer fraud, corruption etc. The symptoms should the owner look for if he believes fraud may be occurring are reduction in inventory, an employee want to work extra hours in spite of no necessity, missing or lack of proper documents, recurring complaints, suspicious mails or messages, lack of authority or division of duties, increasing expenses etc.
