Some nomadic empires were consolidated by establishing a capital city inside a conquered state and then they exploited the commercial resources of that non-nomadic society. In that situation, the originally nomadic dynasty may become culturally assimilated to the culture of the occupied nation before it is eventually overthrown. The developments were in the 13th century between 1330 and 1406.
