Answer: peristalsis

Explanation:

The ureters are the tubes that are composed of smooth muscle fibers these tubes propel urine from the kidneys into the urinary bladder. This process is called ureteral peristalsis. In ureter peristalsis, the smooth muscle contraction occurs in the ureter tubes this way the urine is transferred at a constant speed towards the bladder.

In adults, the length of the ureter is 25-30 cm and it is diameter is 3-4mm. The ureter is one of the essential organs of the urinary tract that controls the transport of urine.

n Chapter 12, the author states “much more money is spent on the cure and control of disease than on the prevention of disease i
fomenos

Answer:

Respected sir,

With due respect, I would like to say that in our society there are little measures taken to prevent diseases as compared to the measures taken for curing of diseases. We shall realize that the curing of diseases will become a lot lesser if we apply effective strategies to prevent diseases. If just the water supply to our house-hold comes clean, then this preventive measure will stop different kinds diseases to occur which will not have to be cured then. On the whole, the cost of prevention of a disease is lot lesser than the cost of cure of a disease. Hence, I will request you to kindly take measures on cleanliness and prevention of diseases in our society.

Thanks

How can you remember a dream?
WINSTONCH [101]
Some psychotropic medications can result in lucid dreams, it has also been proposed that some forms of fungi can enhance ones capacity to be able to interact with dreams but this is incredibly dangerous in practice. Usually attaining a healthy amount of sleep (8hrs a night) as well as being aroused before you adequately release from NREM sleep, can help you recall a dream.
