Based on Carroll’s global corporate social responsibility pyramid, Amy’s is fulfilling which of its responsibilities?
Diano4ka-milaya [45]

Hello. You forgot to put the text that shows what Amy is doing. This makes it impossible to answer your question, but I can help you by showing you what each answer option represents.

Answer:

If Amy is fulfilling her legal and ethical responsibilities she is in a situation where she is complying with all laws and doing what is right and fair, even if it is disadvantageous for her.

If Amy is fulfilling her ethical and philosophical needs she is in a situation where, in addition to performing fair and correct actions, she is helping her community, being a good citizen and promoting improvements to other citizens.

If Amy is fulfilling her economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic obligations she is in a situation where, in addition to promoting good for the community, through fair and correct actions, she is complying with all laws and is still receiving economic profit for that.

If Amy is fulfilling her economic responsibilities, she is in a situation where her activities and skills are generating economic profit.

If Amy is fulfilling her economic and ethical responsibilities, she is in a situation where her activities are all correct and fair and generate economic profit.

Explanation:

Carroll's global corporate social responsibility pyramid is a pyramid model that shows the social responsibilities a company must have. This scale has 4 parts, the first part being the base of the pyramid, the economic responsibilities, which show that a company must, first, be responsible for the economic profit. The second part refers to legal liability, which states that a company must always act within the law, without exception. The third part refers to ethical responsibilities, which states that a company's activities must always be fair, regardless of the results. In the last part that represents the top of the pyramid are the philanthropic responsibilities that affirm that the company must design its activities to promote social good to the community as a whole.

Colton is in training at a retail store. He was distracted when listening to his trainer, but he knows he has to obtain the info
hammer [34]

Answer:

D. I want to make sure I understand this information fully. Can you please review the details again so I can take notes?

Explanation:

In the given situation it would be both appropriate and mindful for Colton to say ‘I want to make sure I understand this information fully. Can you please review the details again so I can take notes?’. It is natural to get distracted while you are listening, and speakers are aware of this. If the time provides, they should be willing, and even happy, to repeat the information you have missed.

The other good habit is looping. According to the expert on Mindfulness, Chade Meng-Tan, people often misunderstand what has been said and it is necessary to make sure that you understand the information as it has been intended. Just restate what you have heard in your own words and ask if your understanding is correct. The speaker will appreciate the fact that what he or she is saying matters to you.
