So, I'm having problems with paying attention in class (I've always had this problem since Kindergarten.) And it's become a huge

problem now, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on helping me focus more in school. :)

i don’t really know if this could help you out but try repeating what was said to you 10 times and write it 3 times to remember. And paying attention just do the same but try writing it down. Also, imagine that there is no one else around you.....??
