These recurring incidents have a perpetrator that is of a race or color which will be noticed by society as a norm of said race, gender, etc, and will be known by people with these previous events to support their ideas. I do think that to some extent that stereotypes can be true to some degree but only if evidence may suggest that the norm of said race/gender can be justifiably proven.
