Continuing with #24…..I finally have the trial (and I really did steal the cheese). However, there is not enough evidence to con

vict me and I am freed. Three weeks later, the store owner realizes that he has a security videotape that clearly shows me stealing the cheese. Will I be retried, given that there is now new evidence against me? ___________________ What amendment answers this?
